Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Innfuze hospitality operating system and related services provided by Innfuze (Private) Limited(“Innfuze”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your property or organization.

1. The Service

Innfuze provides cloud software for hotel operations — including stays, POS, inventory, workforce, channels, analytics, and Fuze AI — as described on our website and in your plan. Features vary by subscription tier.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken under your account, including by staff you invite. You must be authorized to bind your property or company.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Self-serve plans include a free trial as described on the pricing page. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Fees are quoted in LKR unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through Genie IPG or another designated processor.
• Monthly and annual billing cycles renew automatically until cancelled. Annual prepay is non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions are honored through the current billing period unless you agree to the new price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content
• Attempt to breach security or access another customer's data
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
• Resell the Service without a written partner agreement
• Send spam or marketing email without proper consent

5. Your data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Innfuze a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Our privacy policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement describe how we handle personal data.

6. Fuze AI

Fuze provides AI-assisted answers based on your property data. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect — operational decisions remain your responsibility. Fuze usage is subject to plan limits and fair-use policies.

7. Availability & support

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans may include an SLA. Support levels depend on your plan as described on the pricing page.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from account billing. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or risk to the platform. Upon termination you may export data for a limited period; thereafter we may delete data per our retention policy.

9. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Innfuze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka unless otherwise agreed in an Enterprise agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to account owners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
