Innfuze is hotel management software made by people who run a property. Every module was tested on real guests before anyone else saw it.
How it started.
A resort, and a pile of spreadsheets
We were running Taavetti, a beach club and resort in Galle, with a booking engine, a till, spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Nothing agreed with anything at the end of the night.
Stays first, then the restaurant and the store
We built the software we needed in the order service flows: guests arrive, they eat and drink, stock moves, people get paid, and the day closes.
Channels, Fuze, and other properties
OTA connections and Fuze, our AI agent, joined the system. Then other owners asked to use it, and Innfuze became a product.
