  • In-stay orders

Room service and walk-in orders move from pending to preparing to served, and post to the right bill.

  • Staff canteen

Staff meals run from their own stock location with a cost per meal, separate from guest food.

  • With Fuze

On plans with Fuze, ask about kitchen & menu in plain words and Fuze answers from the live records, or proposes the change for you to confirm. How Fuze works

Questions

About kitchen & menu.

What is a kitchen display system?

A kitchen display system (KDS) shows orders on a screen in the kitchen instead of paper tickets, with how long each order has been waiting.

Can we cost our recipes?

Yes. Each dish lists its ingredients per serving and stock is costed by batch, so food cost reflects what you paid.

Is staff food tracked separately?

Yes. The staff canteen has its own stock location and cost per meal, separate from guest food.
